Brief Description

Canned beet juice can be replaced with a plain beet juice mixed with a few drops of lemon juice.

  • 60g kalamata olives
  • about 10 canned red beans
  • Dressing For Dressing
  • 3 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 50ml juice from canned beets
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • - 1/2 teaspoon curry

Directions

1. Wash The lettuce and cut into large chunks.
2. Tuna strain the oil and add in lettuce.
