Rice in a sauce of chicken and vegetables

Brief Description


  • 1 cup (250) rice
  • 500g chicken steak
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 400ml tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100ml water
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • - 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • - optional fresh parsley
  • ground Salt and pepper
  • olive oil

1. In a pot of fire you can put water. After the water boils it puts the rice and boil (stirring occasionally so as not to get stuck).
2. . When the rice is cooked you should strain it and then you should nice wash it with cold water to separate the grains, and then set aside.
3. . In a pan with hot butter you should fried the chicken steak, cut into small pieces. Season with salt and ground pepper and once fried to pull away.
4. In The pot cooked cocksfoot onions. When the onion starts to soften adds the peppers and cut into cubes pumpkin. In the end add finely chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, tomato paste, water, honey and spices. Nice stir all ingredients and add the chicken fried steak.
5. Finally in the sauce add the boiled rice and mix together beautifully.
