Ingredients

  • - 6 pieces of chicken breast
  • - ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • - 3 tablespoons mustard
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • - juice of ½ lemon
  • - ½ cup brown Sugar
  • - 1 and ½ teaspoon pepper
  • - 6 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. In a large glass bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mix it all together with the olive oil. Stir well. Place the meat in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight
2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Lubricate and place the meat on the heated grill. Bake an average of 8 minutes on each side or until brown catch stack.
