If you want to lose weight, you should know which food burns fat.

These products should be everyday on your menu.

-Fish

Two excellent fat burning foods are salmon and tuna. These fish are rich with protein and fatty acids, which form the basis of fat burning.

-Salads

You can control your calorie intake if you eat more salads. On that way you will provide to your body the needs of minerals and vitamins. Daily eating various types of salads mean more vitamin C, E and folic acid.

-Avocado

Monounsaturated fats that avocado contain are easily to burn and actually promote burning fat. They reduce the levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase the levels of good ( HDL).

-Green tea

The researches provide that everyday drinking of green tea will stimulate your weight loss

-Eggs

Ample protein that will keep you full. If you eat eggs for breakfast, this daily routine will reduce your total calorie intake in the next  36 hours.

-Almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts

Although they contain a lot of calories they will encourage weight loss because it may boost metabolism and and are rich with omega 3 fatty acid that reduce the risk of heart diseases and blood system . One hand of these fruit is sufficient daily amount.
