Chia seed ( salavia hispanica) is known since the time of ancient cultures. Because of the remarkable features of the seed Mayans called “Chia” which means “ strength”.

Due to the high Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals which contains chia seeds, have a beneficial impact of the entire body and the skin condition.

Chia seed is present in almost every diet because it helps weight loss, have a positive impact in maintaining healthy bones- contains a high percentage of calcium, a tablespoon of chia seeds contains the same amount of calcium as two glasses of milk.

The high percentage of dietary fiber ( soluble and insoluble ) in the seeds of chia positively influence the digestion of food and eliminates the problem of constipation.
